ARM & HAMMER Professional Retires After 30-Year Career

PRINCETON, N.J. (July 28, 2020)—With a successful 30-year career strengthening and expanding the Arm & Hammer Animal and Food Production business, James “Jim” Rainey will retire July 31.

Rainey started with Church & Dwight Co. Inc, the parent company of Arm & Hammer Animal and Food Production, in 1990 as an account manager serving the upper Midwest agricultural business. He later served in positions including national account manager, region manager, channel sales manager and most recently as director of Americas sales.

“I have been fortunate to work closely with Jim for one-third of his career and his contributions to our business have been immeasurable,” says Scott Druker, general manager Arm & Hammer Animal and Food Production. “He has played a key role in helping us expand beyond a North American dairy business to a global player in animal and food production. Along the way, Jim has always conducted himself with the highest degree of ethics and passion.

“Jim fostered robust relationships with customers throughout his career, heightening the Arm & Hammer Animal and Food Production brand through his dedication. He continually set out to build a strong team capable of achieving greatness.”

Beyond his dedication to ARM & HAMMER, Rainey served in multiple industry leadership positions including two terms as advisor to the board of directors for Professional Dairy Producers of Wisconsin and as an exhibitor committee member for World Dairy Expo.

“On behalf of Church & Dwight and the Arm & Hammer Animal and Food Production team, we give Jim our heartfelt gratitude and thanks for everything he has done,” says Druker. “We wish him all the best on his next adventure.”
