Church & Dwight Co., Inc. Announces Organizational Changes in Specialty Products Division

PRINCETON, N.J. (February 2, 2012)—Church & Dwight Co., Inc. announced today several upcoming organization changes within the company’s Specialty Products Division. Effective March 1, 2012, Joe Sipia, President, Specialty Products Division, will be retiring. Sipia has been in this leadership role since he joined the company in 2002, and has been responsible for significant improvements across the division during the ten-year period.

As a result of Sipia’s retirement, Curt Siverling will be promoted to the position of President, Specialty Products Division. In his new position Siverling will be responsible for leading Church & Dwight’s Specialty Chemical and Animal Nutrition businesses, as well as being a board member on three joint venture companies. He joined Church & Dwight in 2006 as Director, Commercialization and Emerging Business, later that year was named Director of the Animal Nutrition Business and has been the general manager of that business for the past five years.

Prior to joining Church & Dwight, Siverling spent 16 years at FMC Corporation where he held several positions in plant operations, sales, marketing and business management.

Scott Druker is being promoted to the position of Director, Animal Nutrition where he will assume general manager responsibilities of Arm & Hammer Animal Nutrition. Druker joined the company in 2009 as the Senior Business Manager of the Animal Nutrition business, which manufactures dairy feed ingredients to improve dairy cow performance and producer profitability. In this position he was responsible for marketing and business management.

Druker has more than 17 years of marketing and technology experience. Prior to joining Church & Dwight he managed the global biocide and preservatives business at Lonza Corporation and also worked at FMC Corporation, where he held a number of different positions including marketing management of the sodium bicarbonate business.
