Silverling Appointed Vice President of Animal Nutrition for Arm & Hammer Animal Nutrition

PRINCETON, N.J. (October 30, 2008)—Church & Dwight Co., Inc.’s Specialty Product Division recently announced the promotion of Curt Siverling to Vice President of the Animal Nutrition business. Siverling will continue to function as the head of Arm & Hammer Animal Nutrition, with a focus on growing the company’s footprint in the dairy industry.

“Curt has been instrumental in driving both our Dairy Enterprise and Channel Sales strategies within the industry,” said Specialty Products Division President and COO, Joe Sipia. “This promotion recognizes both his recent accomplishments and our confidence that he will lead Church & Dwight's Animal Nutrition business to the next level of industry leadership and business performance.”

Siverling joined Church & Dwight in February 2006 as Director, Commercialization and Emerging Business, and in August 2006 was named Director of the Animal Nutrition business.  Previously, during 16 years at FMC Corporation, he held several positions in plant operations, sales, marketing and business management. 

Siverling received his Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from Grove City College in Grove City, Pa. and his Masters in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pa.
