Scott Druker Joins Arm & Hammer Animal Nutrition

PRINCETON, N.J. (December 29, 2009)—Church & Dwight Co., Inc.’s Specialty Product Division
announced today the addition of Scott Druker as Senior Business Manager of the Animal Nutrition
business. He will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the execution of marketing and business
management efforts for Arm & Hammer Animal Nutrition.

Arm & Hammer Animal Nutrition during this challenging time for dairy producers,” says Curt Siverling, Arm
& Hammer Animal Nutrition’s Vice President. “Not only does he have vast experience in marketing and
technology, Scott also has a strong knowledge of the Church & Dwight product portfolio. This will enable
him to provide dairy producers with the resources they need to increase their bottom line.”

Scott brings to Arm & Hammer Animal Nutrition over 15 years of marketing and technology experience.
Most recently he worked with Lonza Corporation where he managed the global biocide and preservatives
business. Prior to Lonza, Scott worked at FMC Corporation where he held various positions, including
managing the sodium bicarbonate business.

Scott received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry and his M.B.A. from Drexel University and his
Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of Michigan. He will be working out of corporate
